Welcome to the Black Alumni Alliance National Association (BAANA), where our mission is to empower, educate, and connect. At the heart of BAANA is a powerful mentorship program that links students with professionals, fostering connections that inspire and enable them to realize their full potential.

Our commitment extends beyond individual mentorship. BAANA actively collaborates with educational institutions to address systemic racism, promoting inclusive environments. Through our expertise, we guide schools and universities to understand and unlearn ingrained biases, creating a nurturing and transformative learning atmosphere for all, with a special focus on Black and Latinx students.

Founded by Faith Evans, D'Ashley Wilson, and Ka'Tura Cosby, BAANA stands as a testament to the power of collective action and shared vision. We believe that with the right resources, tools, guidance and inspiration, every student can achieve greatness.
